This policy explains what personal information Synaptic Lab collects through synapticlab.net and while running marketing for clients, how we use it, who else handles it, and your rights.

  1. 01Who we are

    Synaptic Lab is a sole proprietorship registered in Pakistan (Company ID C629245-1), based in Islamabad. You can reach us at hi@synapticlab.net.

    We decide how the personal information described here is used.

  2. 02Information we collect

    • Contact details you send us: your name, WhatsApp number, email and business name, through the plan builder, the enquiry form, WhatsApp or email.
    • What you tell us about your business: your industry, monthly ad budget, what one customer is worth to you, your margin, and the plan you built.
    • Which of our ads brought you, when you arrive from one (for example "clinic, oct-1").
    • Job applications: your name, email, phone, location, experience, your CV or portfolio link and your note.
    • Technical logs our host keeps to run and protect the site, such as IP addresses.

    This website does not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

  3. 03How we use your information

    • To answer you, and to send the plan you asked for.
    • To prepare a proposal and do the work you hire us for.
    • To consider your job application.
    • To keep the records that accounting and tax law require.

    We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

  4. 04Legal basis for processing

    • Consent: what you choose to send us.
    • Contract: when we prepare or carry out work you ask us for.
    • Legitimate interest: answering enquiries and keeping the site safe.
    • Legal obligation: the records the law requires us to keep.

  5. 05Data sharing

    We share your information only with the services that run this website for us, and only for that:

    • Web3Forms delivers form messages to our email inbox.
    • Supabase stores this website's content, the leads and enquiries sent to us, and job applications.
    • Vercel hosts this website and keeps short technical logs to run and protect it.
    • Meta runs WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram.
    • Anyone else only when the law requires it.

  6. 06Leads from our clients' campaigns

    When we run ads for a business, the people who enquire are that business's customers, and the business decides how their details are used. We handle those details only to run that campaign and report on it, keep them confidential, never put them in public material, and delete our copies when our work for that business ends.

  7. 07How long we keep it

    • Enquiries, plans and emails: as long as we need to answer and follow up, and no longer than 24 months unless you become a client.
    • Job applications: up to 12 months.
    • Client records: as long as accounting and tax law requires.

  8. 08Data security

    We keep personal information in accounts protected by passwords and access controls, and only the people who need it can see it. A visitor can send us an enquiry but never read one back, not even their own.

  9. 09Your rights

    • Access: ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
    • Correction: ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
    • Deletion: ask us to delete your information, unless the law requires us to keep it.
    • Restriction: ask us to stop using it while a question about it is settled.
    • Portability: ask for your information in a form you can take elsewhere.

    To use these rights, write to hi@synapticlab.net. We answer within 30 days.
